1. Who we are

These terms govern the use of the website and the purchases you make on it. By placing an order, you accept these conditions.

2. Products
We sell star-shaped warm buntings for babies, size 0 to 3 months, in different animal designs.
We try to make photos and descriptions as accurate as possible. Even so, colours may vary slightly depending on your device's screen.

3. Prices
Prices are shown in your local currency and are the final price you will pay for the product. Shipping is free.
We may change prices and promotions at any time, but you will always be charged the price shown when you placed your order.

4. How to place an order
1. Choose your animal and add it to the cart.
2. Fill in your contact details and shipping address.
3. Choose your payment method and confirm your purchase.
Once done, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order summary. Keep it: it's your proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is an obvious error in the price or product information, or if we detect possible fraud. In that case, we will notify you and refund the full amount.

5. Payment
Payment is made securely through the payment providers available at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping
Shipping is free to Spain and to more than 50 countries. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. To do so, email us at nuvikomez@outlook.es with your order number.

8. 90-day satisfaction guarantee
In addition to your right of withdrawal, we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee from receipt of your order: if you don't like it, we'll refund 100% of your money. The conditions are in our Refund Policy.

9. Legal guarantee
All our products come with the legal guarantee of conformity established by consumer law. If the product arrives defective or does not match what you ordered, email us and we'll fix it with a repair, a replacement or a refund.

10. Product use
The bunting is designed to keep your baby warm on walks and outings. Always use it under adult supervision, make sure your baby does not overheat and follow the washing instructions on the label.

11. Intellectual property
The texts, images, logos and design of this website belong to Nanalu or are used with permission. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

12. Data protection
We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our control, although we will do everything possible to get your order to you as soon as possible. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes will be published on this page and will not affect orders already placed.

15. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Any dispute shall be heard by the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
