90-day satisfaction guarantee
At Nanalu we want your baby to be warm and cozy and you to be happy with your purchase. That's why you have 90 days from receiving your order to try it. If you don't like it, we'll refund 100% of your money, no questions asked.

How to request a return
1. Email us at nuvikomez@outlook.es with your order number.
2. We'll reply with instructions and the address to send the product to.
3. Once we receive it, we'll refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.

Returns sent without first requesting them by email will not be accepted.

Product condition
The bunting must be returned clean and in good condition, ideally in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrives defective, damaged or is not what you ordered. In those cases, we cover them.

Defective or incorrect products
Please check your order when you receive it. If it arrives damaged, has a defect or is not the animal you chose, email us with a photo and we'll fix it with an exchange or a full refund.

If you'd prefer a different animal, email us and we'll tell you how.

Right of withdrawal
This guarantee is in addition to your legal right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from receiving your order, which remains fully valid.
