Free shipping
All our orders ship for free.

Shipping area
We ship to Spain and to more than 50 countries worldwide. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, email us at nuvikomez@outlook.es and we'll look into it.

Delivery times
- Order processing: 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery: 15 to 18 business days after shipping, depending on the destination country and city.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier or customs delays.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you always know where it is.

Delivery address
Please double-check your address and phone number before completing your purchase: the carrier needs them to deliver your parcel. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible at nuvikomez@outlook.es.

Christmas orders
Because of delivery times, we recommend ordering before the end of November if you want it in time for Christmas.
